Other details of employment:
- SOM 10,000/-will be given as advance at the time of joining and it will be deducted from your salary.
- After completion of 2 years, you will be paid one month pay leave, Air Ticket, as per Kyrgyz Republic Labour Law.
- If you want to cancel your contract within 2 years, you have to buy the air ticket to go Home Country.
- In case of death: In the event of death the employees' body will be provided end of determined in accordance with the policy of the Kyrgyz Republic laws.
- General Provision: In the absence of any statement to the contrary in this contract the employee shall be the subject to all the regulation and rules of the company and Kyrgyz Republic Law. The Kyrgyz Republic Labour office shall be the only authority to rule on dispute that may arise between the Company and the Employee.
